I called a wild doubleheader on Mother’s Day as the LIU Brooklyn Blackbirds took on a top 30 team in the nation in the Bryant University Bulldogs. It was a doubleheader that Bryant dominated, winning Game 1 21-8 and Game 2 15-5. Bryant set a school record in Game 1 with nine home runs.
